Two administration and planning meetings, as well as phone and email support from the initial booking up until you receive your marriage certificate.
I’ll guide you through the legal requirements, including the forms you need to fill out in order to make your marriage official.
A rehearsal at the venue if required - Note additional travel costs may apply depending on the distance to/from your venue.
I will perform the ceremony based on the ceremony that we have created together what we have agreed!
Registration of your marriage and application for your marriage certificate.
Tips, tricks and other suggestions (incl. vendor recommendations and ceremony script ideas) to make your big day the best possible day EVER.
I’ll write you a personalised ceremony script incorporating all of your suggestions. There’s plenty of room for creativity, however, there are a couple of things that need to happen to make your marriage official - more details on that here.
I'll provide a portable PA system with me and I'll conduct a sound check on the day.
Based in the city of Wollongong, I serve clients throughout the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Highlands and Sydney. As part of my fee, I include up to 100km travel including all meetings, the rehearsal and ceremony. Additional travel will incur additional fees.
Complimentary good times included with every booking.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Here's a little outline of the way that I work:
The “getting to know one another” meeting – This happens before you commit to booking so you can meet me and decide if I am “the one” for you.
I’ll write up the script – Based on your suggestions and responses to my questionnaire, I will draft up a personalised a script for your ceremony.
I'll marry you - On the day, I’ll perform the ceremony that we have created and provide a portable PA system to make sure it can be enjoyed/heard by your guests.
The “planning & paperwork” meeting – This happens after your booking is confirmed. During this meeting we start to design your ceremony and complete the necessary paperwork.
We’ll practice until it’s perfect - We coordinate a time & place for a rehearsal (preferably at the ceremony location) to run through the ceremony to make sure you know what to do and you’re happy with what I’ll do.
I’ll register your marriage – Following the ceremony, you can count yourself officially married and I will register your marriage online and apply for your marriage certificate!
